Client Portal


Overview

The Client Portal is a tool designed to simplify and improve the cooperation between you and your language service provider.

The idea of the Client Portal is to automate your daily work as much as possible and reduce all manual activities to a minimum. Within the Client Portal, you can easily get information about the deadlines, request a quote, and access the files. This approach definitely reduces the cost of the future project and enables you to start the project at any time. If you need to estimate the further project's costs, you can estimate it with one click on the Portal.

With the Client Portal, you may:

  • Request a quote for a future project. At this stage, you may already add the source files.

  • Launch a project and attach to it the source files and resource files.

  • Download the ready target files.

  • Collect the invoices for the completed projects.

  • Get a report to evaluate your business.

The files are attached once and kept on the Portal until you decide to start the translation. You can attach them while creating a quote request - then, if only the translation project is started, the files are processed within it.

You can also contact your language service provider from the Client Portal. The Portal gives you instant access to the list of your contact persons, and with just a few clicks, you can send a message to concerned persons.

Some stages of the process may be automated so you are not bothered with confirmation of something already agreed on.

The Client Portal is also an archive of all your quotes, projects, invoices, and files available at any time.


Sign in to the Client Portal

To sign in to the Client Portal for the first time, follow the instructions sent to you in the welcome email by your language service provider.

  1. Follow the link from the e-mail. You will be directed to the sign-in page.

  2. Click the Having trouble signing in? link. You will receive an e-mail with a link to the password reset page. 

  3. Provide a secure password and click the Change Password button.

  4. Click the Sign in button or return to the sign-in page.

  5. To sign in to the Client Portal, enter your e-mail address and the newly set password, and click the Sign in button.


After you sign into the Client Portal, you have constant access to the request buttons. From every page on the portal, you can easily request a quote or launch a project.

 

On the Client Portal, the available information and services are accessible in the appropriate modules. You can switch between the modules by clicking the icons:


Dashboard - the general overview of your current work on the Portal. To learn more about this module, see the Dashboard module article.

 


Quotes - information related to your quotes. To learn more about this module, see the Quotes module article.



Projects - all your projects in one place. To learn more about this module, see the Projects module article.

 


Invoices - an overview of your payables towards your language service provider. To learn more about this module, see the Invoices module article.


Reports - a repository of all reports. To learn more about this module, see the Reports module article.

 

Use the modules icons to easily go from one to another.

To access the Settings menu, use the Settings button.

The contact button shows the list of all contacts at your language service provider.


On the list of all contacts, click the Quick contact button to open a pop-up window and send a message to a given contact person. Just type the subject and content of the message; at the end, click the Send button to send an email.
