Acceptance of Terms tab

The Acceptance of Terms tab records if and when the customer accepted the terms.

You as the project manager can record that the customer has agreed to your requirements, but if you have given access to this tab on the Partner Zone/Portal, the partner can manually do it.

Unlike the management of providers, where you can define the terms in the Provider Registration Form and then have it automatically sent to the provider, XTRF currently does not provide a customisable registration form for customers. Therefore, you must create and send the necessary terms and conditions outside of the system. The purpose of this is tab is to record if and when the customer agreed to your terms of business.

Acceptance Date

XTRF automatically records the date and time when you or the customer clicked Accept Terms.

If you want to set a different date, you can either manually enter the date The buttons below appear for all the tabs but will only be discussed on this page. and time into the field or click calendar and select from the calendar.

After the terms have been accepted, the status changes to "Accepted", and it is noted if either the project manager or the customer performed this action in this tab.
