This article presents the features available in the Ultimate plan of XTRF Translation Management System. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. Target audience: Home Portal's users
|Add Custom Field|
Custom Fields are non-standard fields, that you can create and add for particular areas of the Home Portal.
|Name field||Provide the name of the custom field. The name will be displayed as a custom field's label in the interface.|
|Preferences drop-down menu|
The drop-down menu allows you to determine whether the custom field is visible and editable on the user interface and from API. The options available in the drop-down menu are as follows:
|Description field||You can provide a short description of the custom field. The description appears in the interface as you hover your mouse cursor over the Custom Field's name.|
|Scope drop-down menu||You can select to which area of the Home Portal the custom field is relevant.|
|Type drop-down menu|
Select the type of the custom field. The available types are:
|Default Value section|
You can set up a value, which appears before the user makes any changes in the filed. For each type of custom filed, the Default Value section is different. To see more detailed description of the Default Value section of particular types, please refer to the description of the Type drop-down menu above.
|Add button||Click the button to save the settings and add the custom field.|
Click to discard any changes and get back to the Custom Fields section.
