License Agreement

The article presents the features available in the Premium plan of XTRF Language Business Platform. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. If you would like to change your plan of XTRF Language Business Platform and gain access to the additional features, contact your XTRF Customer Success Manager.

Add Rejection Reason



 


In Add Rejection Reason display you can add new Rejection Reason whenever you need to use them in the Opportunities and Quote module.

  • In Opportunities module when the status of the Offer is changed to Closed Lost you can select a reason from the Rejection Reasons drop-down menu.
  • In the Quote module the same list of Rejection Reasons is used when Quote is marked as Rejected.
Name field

Provide the name of the Rejection Reason. The name will be displayed as a Rejection Reason's label in the interface.

Legend

Follow the legend below to find out how to configure settings appropriately in the Home Portal:

  • Required setting: This setting has to be filled to create the entity.

  • Required and unique setting: This setting has to be filled to create the entity, moreover, the content of this setting has to be one of a kind.

  • Auto-selected setting: If none of the options is selected, the system automatically selects the default or first in the list option.

  • Optional setting: This setting is not required to create an entity.

Active checkbox

Select the checkbox if you want the rejection Reason to be available in the Home Portal.

 

Language Inactive

If the defined Rejection Reason is not currently used in the Home Portal, you can make it inactive instead of removing it. To do so, deselect the Active checkbox in the Add Rejection Reason display.


Preferred Item checkbox

Select the checkbox, if you want to display the Rejection Reason on the top of the list of the preferred reasons whenever you select the Rejection Reason in the Home Portal.
Default checkbox

Select the checkbox if you want the Rejection Reason to be used as a default.

Only one Rejection Reason can be selected as default. Selecting one Rejection Reason as Default will result in automatic deselection of other.

Visible to Client checkbox
Select this checkbox if the Rejection Reason is supposed to be used only internally. It means that the Rejection Reason is going to be disabled in the Customer Portal.
Add buttonClick to confirm creation of a new Rejection Reason.
Cancel buttonClick to discard any changes and leave the editing mode.
