addressThe Address tab contains a contact person's contact information, such as mailing address, telephone numbers, secondary e-mail addresses and website URL.
Use Partner Address

The address entered in the customer's Address tab is the address of this contact person as well.

    • Select the tickbox if the address entered in the customer's Address tab is the same address used for the contact person. When you select the tickbox, the fields are locked.
    • Deselect the tickbox if the contact person uses a different address than his/her associated customer. When you deselect the tickbox, the fields are unlocked.
Address

The contact person's street address or if applicable, post-office box number.

Enter the text into the field.

Address 2

Any necessary secondary postal address information, such as apartment number or street address.

Enter the text into the field.

Postal Code

The postal or ZIP code appended to the contact person's address.

Enter the text into the field.

City

The city of the contact person's address.

Enter the text into the field.

Country

The country of the contact person's address.

Click on the drop-down list and select the country.

Time Zone

The time zone of the contact person's address. 

Click on the drop-down list and select the time zone.

Province

The province or state of the contact person's address.

Click on the drop-down list and select the province or state.

To add a province, go to System > Configuration > System Values >  States & Provinces.

Phone

The contact person's primary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Phone 2

The contact person's secondary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Phone 3

The contact person's tertiary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Mobile

The contact person's mobile phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

SMS Enabled

The contact person's preference to receiving SMSes.

    • Select the tickbox to have SMSes sent to the contact person.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have SMSes sent to the contact person.
Fax

The contact person's fax number.

Enter the number into the field.

E-mail 2

The contact person's secondary e-mail address.

Enter the address into the field.

Use for CC 2

The contact person's preference to receiving carbon copies of emails at this address.

    • Select the tickbox to have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the contact person's secondary email address.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the contact person's secondary email address.
E-mail 3

The contact person's tertiary email address.

Enter the address into the field.

Use for CC 3

The contact person's preference to receiving carbon copies of emails at this address.

    • Select the tickbox to have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the contact person's tertiary email address.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the contact person's tertiary email address.
WWW

The URL of the contact person's primary website.

Enter the address into the field.

WWW 2

The URL of the contact person's secondary website.

Enter the address into the field.

EditClick to modify the tab.
SaveClick to apply any modifications.
CancelClick to terminate the modification process.
