Address tabThe Address tab contains a provider's main contact information, such as billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and website URLs.
Address

The provider's street address or if applicable, post-office box number.

Enter the text into the field.

Address 2

Any necessary secondary postal address information, such as apartment number or street address.

Enter the text into the field.

Postal Code

The postal or ZIP code appended to the provider's address.

Enter the code into the field.

City

The city of the provider's address.

Enter the text into the field.

Country

The country of the provider's address.

Click on the drop-down list and select a country.

To create or modify a country, go to System > Configuration > System Values > Countries.

Time Zone

The time zone of the provider's address. 

Click the drop-down list and select a time zone.

Province

The province or state of the provider's address.

Click the drop-down list and select a province or state.

    • To add a province or state to the system, click . When you click on this, you are taken to a new page. For a description of the page, click here:

Tomodify a province or state, go to System > Configuration > System Values > Provinces & States.  

Phone

The provider's primary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Phone 2

The provider's secondary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Phone 3

The provider's tertiary phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

Mobile

The provider's mobile phone number.

Enter the number into the field.

SMS Enabled

The provider's preference to receiving SMSes.

    • Select the tickbox to have SMSes sent to the provider.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have SMSes sent to the provider.
Fax

The provider's fax number.

Enter the number into the field.

E-mail

The provider's primary e-mail address, which is also where the majority of XTRF emails are sent to.

Enter the address into the field.

This field is mandatory.

CC in E-mails to Contact Persons

The provider's preference to receiving carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails sent to his/her contact persons.

    • Select the tickbox to have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's contact persons.
    • Deselect the tickbox not have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's contact persons.
Disallow CRM E-mails

The provider's preference to receiving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) emails.

    • Select the tickbox if the provider does not want to receive CRM emails. CRM emails will not be sent to the provider.
    • Deselect the tickbox if the provider wants to receive CRM emails. CRM emails will be sent to the provider.
E-mail 2

The provider's secondary email address.

Enter an address into the field.

Use for CC 2

The provider's preference to receiving carbon copies of emails at this address.

    • Select the tickbox to have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's secondary email address.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's secondary email address.
E-mail 3

The provider's tertiary email address.

Enter an address into the field.

Use for CC 3

The provider's preference to receiving carbon copies of emails at this address.

    • Select the tickbox to have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's tertiary email address.
    • Deselect the tickbox to not have the system send carbon copies of XTRF-generated emails to the provider's tertiary email address.
WWW

The URL of the provider's primary website.

Enter an address into the field.

WWW 2

The URL of the provider's secondary website.

Enter an address into the field.

Account on Provider's Server

The provider's FTP address, server's domain name and his/her login and password.

In the text box, enter any relevant information.

EditClick to modify the tab.
SaveClick to apply any modifications.
CancelClick to terminate the modification process.
