Virtual Columns display |

If you need any non-standard column in any area of the Home Portal, you can add it in the Virtual Columns subsection of the configuration accordion menu. The virtual columns can take every possible form and can be added in various areas of the Home Portal. |

In the Configuration accordion menu you can find Virtual Columns section in which you can view and edit virtual columns currently available in the Home Portal as well as add new virtual columns. |  | Search field | As soon as you start typing a search query, XTRF Platform returns the list of search results. Search Filter panel |

| Search Filter options are available on the display to narrow down your search results. You can use one or, if specified, more options within one operation. All Search Filter options are fully configurable for a given object. For example, you can provide only a part of a name phrase in the Name field at the same time selecting only active entities. | Displaying Search Filter panel | To adjust the width of the filter, click and hold icon. While holding the icon, move your cursor to the left side of the screen to decrease or to the right side to increase the size of the filter. - To close the filter, click the highlightable area below the

Virtual Columns list |
In the Virtual Columns list you can see all virtual columns currently available in the Home Portal. The default view provides you with following information: - Name: The name of the virtual column.
- Class Name: The area to which the virtual column is assigned.
- Role Name: A short description of the virtual column's functionality.
- Expression: The code of the virtual column.
|  | Add button | | Page navigator | You can navigate comfortably through the pages of the Virtual Columns list. - To advance to a desired page, click the available page number.
- To go to the first page, click the
icon. - To go to the previous page, click the
icon. - To go to the next page, click the
icon. - To go to the last page, click the

| Export button | Click to format the data from the Virtual Columns list. You can export data to a file, therefore you can use it in another application. When you click the button, the Export Data pop-up window appears.
Export Data Pop-up Window
 | Entity Name drop-down menu | Select the required type of information, you want to have exported, from the drop-down menu. In some system areas you can only export one type of data. In others, you can select what type of data to export.
| Name drop-down menu | Select the view you want to use from the drop-down menu. The view which includes the set of columns with data. This set of columns will be included in the formatted file.
| Export type drop-down menu | To use the exported files with other applications select what column separator should be used in the exported file. From the drop-down menu select which separator might be used in .CSV files:: - A file where columns are separated by semicolons;
- A file where columns are separated by commas;
- A file where columns are separated by tabs.
| Export button | Click to download the .CSV file. Depending on your Web browser settings a file manager window might appear asking you to choose the location where you want to download the generated file. If the file manager window does not appear, the file will be downloaded automatically to your predefined or default location. | Cancel button | You can click this button to abandon data exporting action and close the Export Data pop-up window. |
| Refresh button | Click to update the entities in the Virtual Columns list. | View: ViewName menu | Click the menu to decide what and how information is displayed in the Virtual Columns list. You can use the default view or you can adjust the view to your needs. | icon | Click this icon to manage multiple Virtual Columns at the same time.  | Select All option | All entities get selected. | Deselect All option | All entities get deselected. This option is only available when at least one entity is selected. | Activate Selected option | Selected entities become available for use while creating a new entity | Deactivate Selected option | Selected entities become unavailable for use while creating a new entity | Mark as Preferred option | Selected entities become preferred, which means they are at the top of the list when creating a new entity. | Mark as Not Preferred option | Selected entities are removed from the preferred list. |
| sorting | You can click one of the icons to sort records in columns. Click the proper icon to set an ascending or descending sort order in a column. | icon | Click the icon in the proper row to modify the details of the existing Virtual Column. | icon | Click the icon in the proper row to delete the Virtual Column. The confirmation pop-up window appears: - Click the OK button to delete the Virtual Column from XTRF Platform.
- Click the Cancel button to abandon the delete action.
