The Customer Invoice Display is composed of multiple tabs where you can perform such actions as entering an invoice's main data, recording a customer's payment for the individual invoice and reviewing the invoice's financial information and the messages and CRM-related actions associated with it.  

The Tabs of the Customer Invoice Display

Main - Customer Invoice

The Main tab of the Customer Invoice Display is where you enter the primary information of the invoice. Here you also decide which tasks and non-task-related items you want to include in this invoice and how they will appear in the actual invoice document. 

Customer Data - Customer Invoice

The Customer Data tab is where you review the customer's information, such as full name and address, that will appear on the invoice document. You also select here the way which the customer will pay this invoice (e.g. a bank transfer) and the recipient of the email which has the invoice attached.

Payments - Customer Invoice

This tab contains the invoice's payment details and history. Here you can view the invoice's payment requirements such as the date by which you expect to receive the full payment and the remaining amount which the customer must pay. This tab is also where you check and enter the customer's payments for this invoice.  

Finance - Customer Invoice

In the Finance tab, you can review the exchange rate between the base system currency and the currency used in the customer's invoice. If you have changed the exchange rate in Configuration, you can mark the date here, as well.

Notes - Client Invoice

On the Notes tab, you can enter additional reference notes about the selected invoice. 

Messages - Customer Invoice

When a user has entered his/her mailbox in Configuration , XTRF can keep a record in the Messages tab of all the work-related emails he/she has received associated with the invoice.
