On this page you can select which task's ready files you want to send to the client. It is also possible to have the system automatically accept any possible files and send an email notification which explains to the client how he/she can access the ready files.

 

 

Accept All Possible Files
  • Select the tickbox in order to accept all possible files in the selected task's Output Files folder. A file which can be accepted has the following description in the table:
    Files Are Ready to be Acceted
  • Deselect the tickbox in order to have the system not automatically accept all possible files. The file will then need to be accepted on the Workflow Graph.
Send E-mail to the Client
  • Select the tickbox in order to have the system automatically send a notification to the client with explanation how they can access the ready files.
    • To modify the email, click . When you click on this, a new window appears. For a description of the window, click here: E-mail Test Window.
  • Deselect the tickbox in order to have the system not automatically send a notification to the client.  You can edit and send the notification on the Workflow Graph.

To configure the email notification, go to Configuration > Templates > Notifications > Templates > Client Templates.

Click to have the selected ready files be available to the client in the Customer Portal or the FTP, depending on their rights.  

You can only deliver the files to the client if all the task's activities have the “Ready” status and all the required output files are present.  

Click to terminate the file delivery procedure.
