Templates are used to generate the final documents with a desired look and feel. Each time you create documents such as a purchase order (PO), quote, project confirmation, or final invoice, you can select which template should be used for that specific document. It automates your business process and guarantee the business standards of your company. The Document Templates are prepared in a way that you can get your business documents in one of the following output formats:

In addition, you can customize the default Document Templates that the displayed information and graphical layout fits to your business needs. The default set of Document Templates generated within the BIRT-2 version is built-in in the Home Portal of XTRF Platform. The BIRT-4 Document Templates can be downloaded from the XTRF repository.

|Customer Claim||This document confirms that a mistake or discrepancy has been found by one of your clients in your company's documentation or procedures and you prepare a plan to correct it.|
|Customer Pro Forma Invoice|
This document provides the client with the estimated cost of the accepted project.
|Customer Final Invoice||This document provides the client with the total cost of the finished project.|
|Customer Project Confirmation||This document confirms that a specific project will be performed for the client, for the cost agreed upon a quote.|
|Customer Quote||This document informs the client what will be the cost of a potential project.|
|Customer Task Confirmation||This document confirms that a specific task will be performed for the client for the cost agreed upon a task quote.|
|Customer Task Quote||This document informs the client what will be the cost of a potential task.|
|Internal Nonconformity||This document confirms that a mistake or discrepancy was found internally in your company's documentation or procedures and you prepare a plan to correct it.|
|LISA Evaluation||This document confirms that the vendor's work was reviewed according to the LISA standards and informs the interested parties about the review results.|
|Provider Invoice Specification||This document confirms that the vendor performed the agreed activities on multiple projects in agreed period of time. It is expected that the vendor will invoice your company basing on the invoice specifications provided.|
|Provider Multiple Purchase Order||This document confirms that you have agreed with the vendors that they will perform multiple activities for one project and for the agreed price. Acceptance of a purchase order by a provider usually forms a one-off contract between your company and the vendor, therefore no contract exists until the purchase order is accepted.|
|Provider Purchase Order||This document confirms that you have agreed with the vendors that they will perform a single activity for one project and for the agreed price.
