Dashboard where you can can quickly and easily review and manage all of your current work in XTRF.

Opportunities where you can browse, create and manage all of your opportunities.

Quotes where you can browse, create and manage all of your quotes.

Projects where you can browse, create and manage all of your projects.

Customers where you can browse, create and manage all of your customers.

Providers where you can browse, create and manage all of your providers.

Invoicing where you can manage the invoices you create and receive for your company's work.

CRM where you can efficiently manage your XTRF-related messages and reminders.

Reports where you can create and review business reports that contain information important for maintaining and/or improving your company's overall efficiency.

The Search and History field is located at the top of the Main Page in the center. You can use it to:

• search for specific words or statements in the XTRF,
• view the history of your work.

When you move the cursor on the button, it will expand into the Create menu.

From here you can go directly to the creation of relevant data in the system:

• Moves you to Opportunity creation form.
• Moves you to Quote creation form.
• Moves you to Project creation form.
• Moves you to Customer creation form.
• Moves you to  Provider creation form.
• Moves you to Customer invoice creation form.
• Moves you to Provider invoice creation form.

With the Work Log menu you have access to available activities and the preview of the Work Log.

When you move the cursor on the  icon, it will expand into the help menu where you can:

• find information about current page,
• find link to contextual help,
• report a problem directly to our help desk,
• find information about the system version and localization, license agreement and available updates.

When you move the cursor on the icon, it will expand into the personal settings menu. Here you can:

• view, manage and edit all information related to your account in the system,
• change your  password,
• log out from the system .
