The invitations to the Vendor Portal are sent directly from the vendor contact person's profile. This is the result of the fact that the access to the vendor portal is performed through individual personal accounts.
To send an invitation to the Vendor Portal, perform following steps:
|Sign in to the Home Portal of XTRF Platform.|
|Go to the Vendors module.|
|On the list of your vendors select the vendor you would like to send the invitation to.|
|In the vendor's Contact Summary tab, click the name of the contact person you would like to invite to your Vendor Portal.|
Click the Invite to Vendor Portal button. You are notified that the invitation e-mail has been sent.
The button is available for contact persons unregistered in the Vendor Portal. If the button is unavailable, it means that the personal account for this contact person has already been created in the Vendor Portal.
