The display page of a job is composed of multiple tabs where you can perform such actions as entering a task's main data and instructions and reviewing the job's' financial information and the messages and CRM-related actions associated with it.

The Tabs of the Job Display

Main Data - Job - Project

The Main Data tab contains the essential details of the job, including the job's name, unique ID number, assigned vendor and contact person of the vendor.

Evaluation - Job - Project

Requests - Job - Project

The Request tab is where you can send requests to vendors in order to identify which vendors are available for and interested in an individual job.

Files - Job - Project

The Files tab is where you can upload a vendor's finished files and mark the job as being finished or partially finished. If the ready files were pasted into the appropriate directory, you can also synchronize the files with the job's output files folder in order for the files to appear in this tab.   

Instructions - Job - Project

In the Instructions tab, you can can review instructions about the overall project and the given job's task and include new necessary instructions for the job. Certain information is only visible to specific users: the field that you enter the instructions into determines which users can see what messages.
