Customer | The customer the contact person is associated with. Begin typing the name of the desired customer and then select the provider from the drop-down list. This field is mandatory. |
Status | The current state of the contact person's provider.

First Name | The contact person's forename. Enter the text into the field. This field is mandatory. |
Last Name | The contact person's surname. Enter the text into the field. |
Initials | The initials of the contact person's name. Enter the text into the field. |
Gender | The gender of the contact person. Click on the drop-down list and select an item. |
Active | The current state of the contact person.

Position | The position of the contact person in the translation company. Begin typing the name of the position and then select from the drop-down list. If you enter a position which currently does not exist in the system, the position will be automatically stored in Configuration after you create the contact person. The position will also be available for selection whenever you create a new partner. To modify positions, go to System > Configuration > System Values > Positions. |

Disallow CRM E-mails | The contact person's preference to receiving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) emails.

First Contact Date | The date which you and the contact person began correspondence. Manually enter the date (yyyy-mm-dd) into the field or click and select from the calendar. |
Categories | A label used to organise contact persons. For example, you create categories which represent their respective customers' prince-sensitivity and importance. Click the drop-down list and select a category. The selected category appears above the drop-down list.
To create categories, go to System > Configuration > System Values > Partner Categories . |
Contact Languages | The languages in which the contact person can communicate. Click on the drop-down list and select a language. The selected language appears above the drop-down list:

Mother Tongues | The native language of the contact person. Click on the drop-down list and select a language. The selected language appears above the drop-down list:
To enter a language into the system, go to System > Configuration > System Values > Languages . |
