To have other language combinations available, you first must add them to the quote by clicking either Add Language Combination - Quote..or next to the quote in the Quote Tree. Click on the drop-down list and select a source language.

Click on the drop-down list and select a target language.

|Estimated Delivery Date|
The supposed delivery date of the task files to the customer.
Manually enter the date in the appropriate date format set in System Configuration or click and select from the calendar.
The estimated number of days needed to complete the task.
Enter a value into the field.
Supplementary information necessary for this task, for example, the date and location of a spoken translation.
To have the additional fields be visible, select the tickbox.

The customer for whom the task will be performed.
This field cannot be modified. To change the customer, go to Main Data - Quote and select a new customer. The new customer will automatically be entered for all the other language combinations and tasks.

The customer's own task number to be appended to the task.
Enter the information into the field.
The individual to whom the task's notifications and ready files will be sent.
To include more contact persons, click More. Additional fields appear.
