On the Accounts Data tab, you can provide the selected contact persons access to the Partner Zone as well as specify what will be visible them there.

 

 
  • To have the system ignore specific information in the modification process, select the Do Not Change radio button for a given field. The information represented in the field will not be modified.
  • To modify a field, first select the Set radio button and then make any necessary changes. The contact persons' information represented in the field will be overwritten.
Partner Zone Login Allowed

Access to the Partner Zone.

    • To allow access to the Partner Zone, select the tickbox.
    • To prohibit the contact persons from accessing the partner zone, deselect the tickbox.

The specific authorisation the contact persons have in the Partner Zone.

    • Select the tickbox in the correct row and column in order to give the contact persons a specific right.
    • Deselect the tickbox in the correct row and column in order to remove a specific right from the contact persons.
    • Click in order to select the tickboxes of all all the available rights. The contact persons now have all the available rights in the Partner Zone.
    • Click in order to deselect the tickboxes of all the available rights. The contact persons now have no rights in the Partner Zone.

 

  • Which rights are available for selection is dependent on the authorisation the provider's user group has. For example, a provider belongs to a partner group which has the authorisation to access the Invoice Browse (i.e. the tickbox in the Provider Invoices row and the Browse column is selected) but is prohibited from creating a payment method (i.e. the tickbox in the Provider Payment Methods row and the Create column is not selected). When you specify the Partner Zone rights for the provider's contact person, the tickbox for the Provider Invoices – Browse is selected and unlocked, which means you can change the contact person's authorisation if you want. However, the tickbox for Provider Payment Methods – Create is not selected and locked, which means that you cannot change the contact person's Partner Zones rights. The provider's restrictions are applied to his/her contact person as well.  
  • To see which rights a contact person's provider has in the Partner Zone, go to the provider's Display and select the Main Data tab and the System Accounts subtab.
Click to advance to the Confirmation Page .
Click to terminate the modification process.
