License Agreement

This article presents the features available in the Ultimate plan of XTRF Translation Management System. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. If you would like to change your plan of XTRF Translation Management System and gain access to the additional features, contact your XTRF Customer Success Manager.

Order

In the Order tab of the Custom Fields section of the Home Portal's configuration you can decide in what order, tabs and groups the custom fields appear in particular areas of the Home Portal. You can drag and drop entities in the list to manage their order and you can add new groups to have better control over the custom fields.

 
 

Configuration accordion menu

In the  Configuration  accordion menu you can find  Custom Fields section in which you can view and edit custom fields currently available in the Home Portal as well as add new custom fields.


Search fieldAs soon as you start typing a search query, XTRF Platform returns the list of search results. It is an easy and convenient way of finding the required section in the Configuration accordion menu.
Custom Fields section

In the  Configuration  accordion menu go to the Customization  section, Custom Fields subsection to get displayed the list of all custom fields currently available in the Home Portal of XTRF Platform.











 
 

Order section

 In the Order section you can determine in what order the custom fields are displayed in particular areas of the Home Portal.
Scope drop-down menuSelect area of the Home Portal. As you select the area, custom fields and their groups are displayed in the section below the drop-down menu.
Add Group button

Click the button to add groups for custom fields. Groups allow you to easier manage your custom fields and provide a clearer view. You can add groups only within available tabs.

Adding Groups

The Add Groups button allows you to add groups only within the tabs such as Identification Data or Sales Data . The function is available only if you select the Client or Vendor option in the Scope drop-down menu.

Delete Group button

The button allows you to delete the group that was created by you.

Deleting Groups

The Delete Group button is only available if you select the Client or Vendor option in the Scope drop-down menu.

Rename Group button

You can rename the added group.

The Rename Group button is only available if you select the Client or Vendor option in the Scope drop-down menu.

Custom Fields listIn the section you can see all the groups and custom fields that belong to them. You can rearrange the order in which the custom fields are displayed in particular areas of the Home Portal. To do so, simply click and hold the custom field's name and then drag it to another place and release the mouse button. For some areas of the Home Portal, you can also change the group to which the custom field belongs in this way.
