Version 2015 Winter (3.5) has been released on February 24, 2015. New functionalities include: new views; exporting and importing data in a more powerful way; new integration with QuickBooks Online; enhancements of integrations with all CAT tools, QuickBooks and Salesforce; updated Customer and Vendor Portals; and much more.

Version 2014 Autumn (3.4) has been released on October 21, 2014. It offers an enhanced Work Log, two new modules in the Vendor Portal, several updates in CAT tools integrations, and much more.

Version 2014 Summer (3.3) has been released. It offers a brand new Work Log, an updated Vendor Portal and Job Manager, plus much more.
Version 2014 Spring (3.2) was officially released on 21 May 2014. It offers a brand new menu and visual design, better integration with SDL Trados Studio and QuickBooks, an updated Vendor Portal and Job Manager, plus much more.
Version 2014 Winter (3.1) was officially released on 18 February 2014. It offers nearly 50 new features and improvements, including custom fields, simplified file transfers via the Job Manager, and enhanced CAT tools integration options.
Version 2013 Autumn (3.0) was released on 14 November 2013. The new features include integration with MemSource CAT tool, new Sales Opportunities module, better handling of Customer Review via Customer Portal, new Provider Registration Form and an early version of a new Provider Portal etc.
XTRF Management Systems presents a newly-launched version of its XTRF system: version 2.9. Recent work on the system was dedicated to refactoring XTRF, specifically with a focus on integrating the latest technological developments into the system's structure. XTRF also offers upgraded SDL Trados integration and some other minor enhancements.
Version 2.8 introduced a new, redesigned client portal and also offered integration with Across and Déjà Vu.
Version 2.7 was released on 14 August 2012 and included several significant features and some minor improvements.
Version 2.6 allowed the integration with SDL Trados Studio and also contained the new automated resource management and project delivery by the way of HTTP, which allows the project managers to send all project files simply by a link.
XTRF version 2.5 featured such improvements as integration with QuickBooks, text messaging facility, graphical business reporting and automatic invoicing. The system received a host of new enhancements and features aiming at maximum work optimisation and the streamlining of business and translation department processes.
Version 2.4 was released on 25 October 2011. This edition included the innovative "bundle workflow" module and the new extended Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module. The system was also enhanced with additional functions and improvements: project managers working time registration and Automated Activity Actions, amongst others.
Version 2.3 was introduced on 12 May 2011. XTRF 2.3 was enhanced with new and improved features to facilitate the operations of either a translation enterprise or a corporate translations department.
