License Agreement

This article presents the features available in the Ultimate plan of XTRF Translation Management System. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. If you would like to change your plan of XTRF Translation Management System and gain access to the additional features, contact your XTRF Customer Success Manager.

The notification templates are messages with predefined content and recipients list, informing about a specific event. For example you can use the notification templates when a vendor is selected for a job or a job is completed. Those notifications are sent automatically by the Home Portal when this particular event takes place. There is a list of default notification templates available in your Home Portal, therefore you can use them or customize their content to better suit your needs. If at any point you are not satisfied with your custom changes made to the notification template, you can always restore its default content.

Restore the Default Content of a Notification Template

To restore the notification template, perform the following steps:

 Sign in to the Home Portal of XTRF Platform.
 Click the icon.
 In the accordion menu click the Templates and then select the Notifications.
 

Select the Templates tab.

 On the list of the notification templates select that one where you want to restore the content and click the icon.
 Click the Restore E-mail and text message button. A pop-up window with a question: Are you sure you want to restore this version of this message to its factory default? is displayed.
 

 Click the OK button. The page needs to get reloaded. You have restored the default content of the notification template.

 

 

Restore the Default Content of a Localized Notification Template

To restore the localized version of a notification template, perform the following steps:

 Sign in to the Home Portal of XTRF Platform.
 Click the icon.
 In the accordion menu click the Templates and then select the Notifications.
 

Select the Templates tab.

 On the list of the notification templates select that one where you want to restore the content and click the icon.
 Click the desired version of the template on the list on the left-hand side. The version is highlighted and the information about editing the localized version is displayed above the editor window. In this example the French version is selected.
 

Click the Restore E-mail and text message button. You have restored the default content of the localized version of the notification template.
