This article presents the features available in the Ultimate plan of XTRF Translation Management System. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. If you would like to change your plan of XTRF Translation Management System and gain access to the additional features, contact your XTRF Customer Success Manager.

Sales Data | |

The Sales Data tab records such information as the dates of quotes and projects the client has submitted, the client's potential annual income and the sales person at your translation agency responsible for this client. | |
First Contact Date field | The date when your company and the client began correspondence.
XTRF Platform automatically enters the date when the vendor was created. However, if you want to change the it, you can:

First Quote Date field | The date of the client's initial quote.

Last Quote Date section | The date of the client's most recent quote. XTRF Platform automatically enters the date. |
First Project Date field | The date of the vendor's initial project. To set a date, you can:

Last Project Date section | The date of the vendor's most recently completed project. XTRF Platform automatically enters the date. |
Dates Updated On section | The date when the First Quote Date, Last Quote Date, First Project Date and Last Project Date were last updated. To have XTRF Platform automatically update the values in First Quote Date, Last Quote Date, First Project Date and/or Last Project Date, click the Update button. |
Potential Annual Revenue field | You can provide a value the client's expected gross income per year.

Potential Annual Last Updated field | The date when Potential Annual Revenue was last updated. To set a date, you can:

Sales Person Responsible drop-down menu | From the drop-down menu you can select the sales person at your company who performs for this client such activities as quote management and CRM correspondence. |
Account Manager Responsible drop-down menu | From the drop-down menu you can select an account manager responsible for the client. |
Project Manager Responsible drop down menu | From the drop-down menu you can select a Project Manager who is responsible for the client. |
Project Coordinator Responsible drop-down menu | From the drop-down menu you can select the person who works on the projects ordered by the client. |
Additional Person(s) Responsible section | From the drop-down menu you can select additional users responsible for the client. When selected, the person appears above the drop-down menu.

Sales Notes section | To add a note from the Sales team about the client, click the icon. A window with a text box appears.

Lead Source drop-down menu | From the drop-down menu you can select the person whom you and your client came in contact to.

Save button | Click to apply any modifications. |
Cancel button | Click to terminate the modification process. |
Create Quote button | Click to create an estimate for a project of this client. When you click the button, you are taken to a display where you can create a quote. |
Create Project button | Click to create a project for this client. When you click the button, you are taken to a display where you can create a project. |
