Customer FeedbackIn this tab you can configure the customer feedback survey which appears in a project's Feedback tab. The survey is completely customisable: you create the questions and the order the questions appear in the survey. There is also the option to allow the customer to enter his/her own additional comments about the project.


If you do not want to include a survey with your customers' projects, you can deactivate the survey, and the Feedback tab will no longer be visible for projects.  

Below is an example of how a customer feedback survey which consists of two questions and a survey comment would appear in the Feedback tab.

Customer Feedback Survey

Customer Feedback enabled

Select the tickbox to activate the customer survey and to have the Feedback tab appear for all projects.

Deselect the tickbox to deactivate the customer survey and to remove the Feedback tab from all projects.

Allow Customer to leave a comment

Select the tickbox to include a text box in the customer feedback survey where the customer can enter additional comments.

To include the comment text box, select the tickbox. Below is an example of a customer feedback survey which includes a survey comment. The survey comment is emphasised in red:

To remove the comment text box, deselect the tickbox. Below is an example a customer feedback survey which does not include a survey comment:

Questions
Inactive Questions

This table lists all the questions which are inactive and do not appear in the customer feedback survey.

To add an inactive question to the Active questions list, double click on the question. The question now appears in the Active questions list.

Search Bar

A search bar used to locate inactive questions.

Begin typing the desired question into the search bar to filter the inactive questions list.

To clear the filter, click Icon Clear Filter.

Add All Questions

Scroll over the desired question and click this icon to have the question appear in the customer feedback survey.

When you click on this, the question appears in the Active questions list.

Edit

Scroll over the desired question and click this icon to edit this question.

When you click on this, you are taken to a new page. For a description of the page, click here: Edit - Customer Feedback Question.

Add Question

Scroll over the desired question and click this icon to have the question appear in the customer feedback survey.

When you click on this, the question appears in the Active questions list.

 
Active Questions

This table lists all the questions which are active and appear in the customer feedback survey.

To remove an active question from the Active questions list, double click on the question. The question now appears in the inactive question list.

Remove All Questions

Click to remove all questions from the customer feedback survey.

When you click on this, all questions appear in the inactive questions list.

Create Questions

Click to create a new customer feedback question.

When you click on this, you are taken to a new page. For a description of the page, click here: Create - Customer Feedback Question.

Active Questions Counter

The number of questions in the Active questions list and which appear in the customer feedback survey.

This item cannot be manually modified. The number listed is dependent on the number of questions in the Active questions list.  

Change Question Order

Scroll over the desired question, click and hold this icon and move your cursor to change the order of the questions in the customer feedback survey.

To move a question up in the survey's order, scroll over the desired question, click and hold the icon and move your cursor up.

To move a question down in the survey's order, scroll over the desired question, click and hold the

Edit Question

Scroll over the desired question and click this icon to edit this question.

When you click on this, you are taken to a new page. For a description of the page, click here: Edit - Customer Feedback Question .

Remove Question

Scroll over the desired question and click this icon to remove this question from the customer feedback survey.

When you click on this, the question appears in the inactive questions list.

Expand Questions

Click, hold and move your cursor in order to change the size of the tables.

To increase the size of the tables, click and hold Expand Questions and move your cursor in the right direction.

To decrease the size of the tables, click and hold Expand Questions and move your cursor in the left direction.

If the question is longer than the dimensions of the table, you can expand the table to read the full question. When you expand the table, you do not need to click on longer questions in order to read the full text.

When you change the size of the tables on this page, it has no effect on how the survey appears in the Feedback tab.
