License Agreement
This article presents the features available in the Ultimate plan of XTRF Translation Management System. Please keep in mind that your access to the described options might be limited due to your license agreement. If you would like to change your plan of XTRF Translation Management System and gain access to the additional features, contact your XTRF Customer Success Manager.

To view a report go to Reports module. Business Reports tab gives you a list of all available reports.
Limit Your Search Results
Limit your search results for a desired entity with the search filter.
| Search button | Click to begin filtering the data. |
Reset Filter button | Click to restore the default settings of the Search Filter. | |
Search Filter options | Search Filter options are available on the display to narrow down your search results. You can use one or, if specified, more options within one operation. All Search Filter options are fully configurable for a given object. For example, you can provide only a part of a name phrase in the Name field at the same time selecting only active entities. Configure Search Filter Options You can configure the Search Filter options to display the most frequently used ones. Displaying Search Filter panel | To adjust the width of the filter, click and hold icon. While holding the icon, move your cursor to the left side of the screen to decrease or to the right side to increase the size of the filter.

Locate the Reports
Locate the reports you are interested in.
In the Generate column choose the form in which the report should be generated and presented to you.
Generate table
The report is generated and presented to you as a table in a pop up window.
Generate chart
The report is generated and presented to you as a chart in a pop up window.
There are few most popular chart types to be displayed. To learn how to change or add a chart to the report go to Chart Settings - Business Report.
Generate a Printer-Friendly Version
The report is generated and presented in a new tab in your browser in a printable format.
Generate CSV
The report is generated as a csv file which can be saved or previewed (depending on your browser settings).
