XTRF™ defines Workflow as an interactive graphic representation for sequence of actions (Tasks or Activities), that will be performed for your Customer.  It can be specified when creating a new Task or Project, also when converting Quote to a Project.

 

You can define as many Workflows as you need. It is advised to create Workflows for at least the most commonly used sets of project tasks. In this way files are assigned to your projects and lots of actions (like sending or receiving documents) are automated. This kind of approach to project management is absolutely vital to working in a system integrated with CAT tools.

 

As any other system value, Workflows may be marked as preferred entities to appear on top of the drop-down lists or deactivated.
