Once you log in to XTRF, you are provided with its Main Page. You will find there the Main menu, the Search and History field, the Create short cut, the Work Log menu, the Help menu, the System configuration menu and the Personal settings.
The Dashboard is where users can quickly and easily review and manage all of their current work in XTRF. Because of the Dashboard, users no longer need to spend time unnecessarily searching for their recent work in the system. By simply clicking on one of the Dashboard’s tabs, users can immediately access such information as their quote history, ongoing projects and project files or any unresolved quality claims found in their projects.
In the Clients menu, you can manage your client's information, which includes their price profiles and contact persons. In addition, you can also create and configure price lists which you can apply to clients who do not have their own price profiles.
In the Vendors menu, you can manage your vendor's information, which includes their price profiles and contact persons. In addition, you can also create and configure price lists which you can apply to vendors who do not have their own price profiles.
In this module you can manage the invoices you create and receive for your company's work.
By using the CRM module, you can efficiently manage your XTRF-related messages and reminders.
In the Reports module, you can create and review reports that contain information important for maintaining and/or improving your company's overall efficiency.
Allows you to configure the system settings for all users and customize the system for yourself. In addition, in this module you can manage your own account and your work log.
