There are times when the standard Dashboard descriptions of your Partners and Activities, Tasks or Projects do not seem to be enough. You can create a note, but if you want XTRF™ to display these information in the Project Tree by default, the Virtual Entity is your option.

By creating Virtual Entity you do not add new item to any of your databases, you just provide an additional, alternative description to the existing Entity. For example, you can decide to add to the Customer's name a phone number to the Contact Person, to have it displayed in Project / Task / Activity or Receivable branch of the Project Tree.

  1. The Virtual Entities are displayed on the Dashboard only.
  2. The Virtual Entities need to be defined separately for each branch of the Project Tree (including specific Tasks or Activities).
